We're looking for dedicated, hardworking people to join our growing Grand Strand team.

What you'll do: Manage project planning and oversee field operations on restoration jobs including water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Supervise a team of assistant technicians in the field. Work directly with insurance adjusters to document damage and coordinate claim approvals. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction on every job from initial assessment through completion.

What we're looking for: 2+ years of restoration or construction experience. IICRC WRT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license required. Must be available for 24/7/365 on-call rotation.

What we offer: Competitive pay, company vehicle, advanced IICRC certification training (company-paid), leadership development, overtime opportunities, and a path to management.

Complete mitigation work including water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, and content manipulation. Handle equipment setup, maintenance, and breakdown. What we're looking for: Reliable, physically fit, and team-oriented. Valid driver's license required. Experience in construction, restoration, or trades is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person. Must be comfortable working in challenging conditions. Must be available for 24/7/365 on-call rotation.

What we offer: Competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, IICRC certification training (company-paid), room for advancement to Lead Technician, and the satisfaction of helping families recover from disaster.
