Lead Technician

Should be an energetic, experienced candidate who can handle the project's overall planning and technical direction to achieve timely completion and profitability to Clean Sweep standards. The lead technician will manage day-to-day field operations and the execution of restoration projects; we are a 24/7/365 operation, and all technicians serve on an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies. As a lead technician, you will oversee and schedule your team, orchestrate jobs, and ensure job and customer satisfaction. You should be able to work directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners. You will also be responsible for general maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment. We offer an excellent pay and benefits package.

Assistant Technician

Should be energetic and eager to learn. Assistants will follow the technician's direction daily to help drive the team positively towards restoration projects to Clean Sweep standards. We are a 24/7/365 operation. All technicians/assistants serve on an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies. As a technician/ assistant, you are responsible for completing the tasks given to you by the lead technician; this will include various tasks to complete a mitigation/remediation loss correctly and doing so with the utmost attention to detail and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of equipment. We offer an excellent pay and benefits package.
